This series of machines are products derived through impovements from conventional f200 series cylindrical grinding Machines of factory, They are mainly designed for grinding outside diameters and bores, either with or without tapers, as well as the end face of cylindrical workpieces. The longitudinal movement of the tables of the machines can be operated both hydraulically and manually. The wheelheads and headstocks can be swivelled and so can the headstock. Headstock spindles are live fine feeds are available on the wheel-heads. Screw pumps are adopted in hydraulic systems to ensure little noise and smooth oil rinning.

A. An oscillation device is added, enabling the table to obtain a function of frequent direction-changing within short distances thus improving surface finish of a workpiece when punge grinding is underway.

B. The barrel of the tailstock slides in a closely arranged ball bearing fitted in a hardened sleeve. This nonclearance roling method increase the support rigidlty of workpieces and prolongs the life of the tailstock.
